FilterFigure event fires twice

Summary

This event (FilterFigure) is fired 2 times when selecting using window or crossing frame.

Also, If I press shift and click the circle, then it became unselected. But the event FilterFigure is still firing which was not supposed to happen.

Solution

fixed in 6009
