BeforeModifyObject event problem when changing polyline's VertexList
Summary
If you create a new site, and draw a polyline object with a few vertices.
Then move one of the polyline vertices using a grip point, in the BeforeModifyObject event, the VertexList property newValue is the same as the old value.
