Solution

fixed in 6013.

The draw of Linetypes with LineTypeSegment.LineTypeElementType.SHX_TEXT changed in order to be compatible with DXF / DWG format.

Note:If you have already created a custom linetype with LineTypeSegment.LineTypeElementType.SHX_TEXT Flag it may be needed to change the ShapeScale and ShapeOffsetY,ShapeOffsetY in order to be displayed correctly.
