VectorDraw File Converter is an end-user application utility that gives you the ability to convert the most commonly used drawing documents (DWG, DGN and DXF) to the new VectorDraw format standards (VDCL, VDML) and vice versa.
Note: The VectorDraw FileConverter Lite 3 (and above) will work with the VectorDraw Developer Framework. Previous versions of VectorDraw Components (5.x) will NOT work with version newer than 2.1.0.1042 FileConverter. Note: Developers that are evaluating our libraries and use also the FileConverter SHOULD have the same version of the VDF components and FileConverter installed in their system. When they want to update their VDF components with a newer version then they should uninstall both VDF components and FileConverter and install the new version of both setups
