There is no need to un-register and re-register your machine everytime you install a newer version of the VDF components.
If your machine is correctly registered and after installing a newer version of the VDF components and you see "Evaluation" messages only then you should un-register and re-register your machine using the vdAuthorizeApp application and the serial number that was provided with the purchase of the components.
