Solution
The drawing is saved properly in DWG format.
The display of this text has to do with the selected fontfile of textstyle; If the selected fontfile is TTF then the regional setting of the country's (Korea) language also must be loaded in the system and also a proper TTF which include the (Korean) characters must be select in the textstyle.
