70002051 The 3d Orbit is not working with some key combinations

Summary

The 3d Orbit (View3d orbit) is not working when OrbitActionKey = ShiftRight, AltRight, CtrlRight, ShiftMiddle, AltMiddle, or CtrlMiddle.

Solution

The combinations are named after the mouse button orientation (left mouse button, middle mouse button and right mouse button) and not about the keyboard Alt, Ctrl, Shift keys position on the keyboard. So for example when the values is ShiftMiddle, you need to have any Shift button on the keyboard pressed and use the Middle mouse button. If the valies is AltRight, then you need to have any Alt key in the keyboard pressed and use the Right mouse button.
