Solution
In ver 6008 new property ToolTipText of vdDocument object was added. When the mouse pointer is over the graphics screen then the tooltip string is shown. You can disable the Tooltip with an empty string. EnableToolTips property of the vdDocument object also takes effect in this tooltip.
