Summary
When PolarTrack is true, lock the cursor only to tracking angles (like in Ortho)
Solution
In version 6011 a new property PolarTrackLock was added in vdLayout and vdDocument object.
PolarTrackLock as boolean :
Get/Set the polar track lock property .If true constrains cursor movement only to the PolarTrackAngle direction.
