70001921 Ability to import linetypes and hatches using their dialogs

Summary

Is it possible to have the option to import and overwrite existing linetypes (.lin files) and hatches (.pat files) using their dialogs?

Solution

In version 9002 we added buttons to the HatchPatterns and LineTypes dialogs
With these buttons a dialog opens and asks the user to select a .pat (for hatchpatterns) or a .lin (for linetypes) file.

We also changed the default dialog that opens when the linetypes is clicked at the properties list. We changed to show the linetypes dialog instead of the generic collection dialog that we had.
