In version 9001.0.3 a new property OsnapVisibiltyPrecision of VectorDraw.Geometry.Globals was added
Controls the precision of checking hidden osnaps when is defined vdDocument.OsnapModeVisibilty
Default value is 0.001
It depends on the drawing bounds and the current view
May need to increase the value if expected osnaps are not visible
or decrease if unexpected osnaps are visible
