Solution
In version 11.2.1 added the support of open of .step and .stp files
Also a new folder Schemas was added in VDF redis folder
It contains the files with .exp extension , of the most common scemas that contains object type information of step files
It must exist in order step files to be open
If you have files with a deferent .exp scema then you must place the .exp in th VDF Scemas folder
