For better results
set the vdSection.DrawSectionLines = true
set the vdPolyface.SectionClipCoverFacesColor = Color.Empty for all of your vdPolyface entities
increase the document.GlobalRenderProperties.SectionClipCoverFacesEquality for your drawing if possible (depend on your drawing extents)
