Summary
The cursor size in Ruler to be one pixel in vertical and horizontal ruler.
Solution
Added in 11.5.03 A new property of the ruler, named "PanelWidth" was exported. Default value is 6 (as it was) and Minimum value is 1 (1 pixel line) while Maximum value is 12.
