I wish when I add a point on the points dialog of a polyline on a bulge to not alter the arc segment

Solution

In 12.0.02 we made a small change in the vertex dialog when adding a new vertex. If the current point has 0.0 bulge , then the point is added to the point the user clicked. If the current point has bulge , then the point of the user needs to be closest to the current arc segment. And then two bulges are calculated and the point is added. If the user uses the nearest Osnap and clicks on the arc segment , then the arc remains the same and the point is added.
