70002907 Make the VectorDraw.Render.grTextStyle.getShapeInfo thread safe

Summary

VectorDraw.Render.grTextStyle.getShapeInfo(Char, grTextStyleExtra) maintains an internal glyph-shape cache that is not thread-safe. When multiple threads request the bounding box of text containing the same not-yet-cached character concurrently, the cache's internal Dictionary throws under concurrent Add calls.
