Summary
When a drawing with SPlines is inserted as a block then the GetSamplePoints might return 32755 sample points for each SPLine segment. This slows down the redraw.
Solution
This is changed so the calculated sample points for each SPLine segment are 8 up to 100 instead of 32755.
Fixed in 6020.
