Summary
FadeEffect does not work for vdImage in Wire2dGdiPlus mode
Solution
Fixed in version 7004.0.4 Note that due to GDI+ limitation you cannot have FadeEffect and/or AlphaBlending in vdImages along with color-defined transparency. So if an image has all these three properties enabled only color-defined transparency will applied. So if you need AlphaBlending and/or FadeEffect on an image then make sure that not color transparecy is applied to the vdImageDef.
