Summary
vdInsert BoundingBox corrections when a vdInsert reference a frozen layer and it is inside an other block reference returns an empty BoundingBox and it is not display when the layer thaw
Solution
In version 9003.0.4 (b) some correction was made to vdInsert BoundingBox property
