Resets the properties of the vdFigure object to the Default values.

Default Values:PenColor = ByLayer,Visibility = true,PenWidth = 0,URL= ToolTip = "", LineTypeScale = 1,LineWeight = ByLayer. If the object is Document Registered then it's common properties with the Active Document's properties will be overriden.
