Gets the object used to display Vertical and horizontal ruler on the control.

Remarks
Ruler displays the Coordinates relative to a plane with origin of Current User Matrix and X , Y , Z directions same as Active WorldToView matrix. Also, in order for the ruler to work, the Z value of direction needs to be positive and to be no twist.
